    Dr. Abbott is the best Doctor I have ever had. Her office is inviting and warm, and her co-workers are the same. I initially went to see her because I had a bothersome rash. Instead of just giving me a topical cream to stop the itching she asked me a whole lot of questions about my life and my job. Things like what do I eat and what were my stress levels and was I happy???? NO Doctor had ever asked me that. She not only recommended I go off wheat and sugar for a month trial but she helped me set goals for my life. Now had I just gone to the walk-in clinic the result would have been so different. I am now completely off wheat and sugar and have more energy and feel healthier. I always leave her office feeling heard and cared for.

    Dr. Lareina Abbott is a wonderful Naturopathic Doctor. I have been a patient of hers for nearly six years now. Throughout the years, we have worked through a variety of health issues that I have experienced. She has been encouraging through each one of them and offered hope that recovery is possible. I appreciate her care and compassion for really listening to what is going on. Her goal is to get to the root cause and I am grateful for her advice for each situation. She understands that I am an individual and she treats my individual needs. She does not overload me with supplements, instead she tries to keep them to a minimum and give me what is necessary for healing. She helps me to be my best and works towards health for my overall well-being.

The Centre for Natural Medicine is located on the main street in the old neighborhood of Bridgeland in Calgary. It is a calm and friendly location close to local coffee shops and eateries. Parking is pay in front of clinic and some free parking can be found on the surrounding parallel avenues.
